How We Work

A Practical Operating Model, Not a Generic Mission Statement

Every engagement moves from understanding the environment to clearly defined ownership and visible delivery.

01

Understand

Review the workload, business priorities, current risks, and existing ownership boundaries.

02

Define

Document the recommended scope, responsibilities, approvals, delivery plan, and expected outcomes.

03

Stabilize

Address the agreed reliability, security, migration, cost, or operational priorities.

04

Operate and improve

Maintain visibility through documentation, reporting, and agreed support or escalation workflows.

Client Commitments

Secure Access, Controlled Changes, Clear Expectations

Trust should be visible in the operating process—not left as a broad marketing claim.

Read the service terms
We do not request AWS root credentials, account passwords, or secret keys through public forms.
Temporary IAM access is limited to the permissions required for the agreed work.
Material infrastructure changes require approval through the agreed workflow.
Support hours and response expectations are stated in writing for managed engagements.
Access is removed after project completion unless ongoing management is part of the scope.
Documentation and handover are included where agreed, so ownership remains clear.
Fit and Boundaries

What CloudSyncPK Is—and Is Not

Clear positioning helps both sides decide whether an engagement makes sense.

CloudSyncPK is

  • A focused AWS infrastructure and operations team
  • A delivery option for teams without complete in-house cloud coverage
  • Available for projects, fully managed support, or co-managed support
  • Built around written scope, responsibilities, and approval boundaries

CloudSyncPK is not

  • A generic IT helpdesk for every technology
  • A compliance certification or audit body
  • A blanket 24/7 support provider without written coverage terms
  • The owner of application development unless separately scoped
