We collect information you choose to submit, which may include your name, business email address, phone number, message, AWS concerns, and a cost-estimator configuration. We may also receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and site usage events.

We use submitted information to:

• respond to enquiries and appointment requests;
• review the infrastructure context you provide;
• prepare an initial audit response or project scope;
• protect the forms and website from misuse; and
• understand and improve website performance.

We do not sell personal information or use submitted infrastructure details for unrelated advertising.

Do not submit AWS root passwords, secret access keys, private keys, payment-card data, patient data, or other regulated or highly sensitive information through a website form. If account access is later required, CloudSyncPK will agree the scope with you and request temporary, least-privilege IAM access through a separate process.

CloudSyncPK uses service providers to host the website, store form submissions, deliver email, and measure site performance. These providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and analytics services configured for the website. They process information only as needed to provide their services and are governed by their own privacy and security terms.

The website may offer optional Google Analytics cookies to help us understand which pages are useful and improve the site. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie preferences banner. If you decline, essential website features still work. CloudSyncPK may also use Vercel analytics and performance insights, which are designed for aggregate, cookie-free website measurement.

We retain enquiry information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete personal information associated with an enquiry, subject to legal and legitimate record-keeping requirements. You may also ask us not to contact you further. Send requests from the email address connected to the original submission so we can verify the request.

CloudSyncPK works remotely and may use providers that process information in countries other than your own. We may update this policy when our website, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
